We can meet up for coffee or lunch with no judgments and no expectations. One of the hardest things about struggling with mental health is knowing that you need someone to talk to and feeling like you don't know who to call because you are worried about being a burden. My unique coaching program eliminates this issue because being there for you is my priority.

#3| I will help you find clarity about what you want and be there to keep you accountable. When life sends you spiraling I will help you find your footing again, help you recognize that the progress you made has not disappeared and guide you back on track.

#4| I will teach you how to put your inner critic in her place. If she's anything like mine she probably talks way too much and her voice is deafening. The great thing is that once you learn how to talk back to her in an effective way she will talk less and she won't be so noisy.
